How to request service?

Click service request tab at the homepage and fill in the details and submit; or call 200pros at the number on top left most of the homepage. You could also request by booking an appointment to the vendors if you are a premium cutomer, premium pros or dispatching pros.

How to create appointments?

Click Appointments tab on the business page and select a schedule of open slots for appointments

How to contact 200pros admin?

Click “Contact Us’ at the footer and input the necessary details and click submit.

How to buy points?

If you are a member, go to my account page and click “buy points” but if you are a visitor, you need to register first.

How do I search services?

type any services in the search bar at the top most section of the home page or at the search bar bellow the header image at the home page and click search.

Does the businesses have their social media accounts?

Yes. You can open the business page and click the icons of their social media accounts on the left portion of the page under social media

How to search blog posts categories?

Click category search bar in the blog post page and Select category

How to search products?

Type a specific product at the top most search bar or click Shop at the footer of the page.

How to track orders?

If you are logged in, go to the Shop tab of my acount page, click recent orders and then view. enter ordere Id and billing email Id then click track order

How to view featured businesses and products?

at the homepage, scroll down and you could see a section for featured businesses and featured products. Click right and left arrows to see other featured businesses or featured products.

How to view downloads?

In the Shop tab of my acount page, click downloads

How to view my favorites?

In my accounts page, click favorites tab

How to view my orders?

If you are logged in, go to my account page, click the Shop tab and click orders.

How to view pending orders?

Click cart at the right side of sign in

Is there a 200pros app for mobiles?

Yes. Click Google Play or Apple Store at the footer of the homepage.

What is the purpose of points?

Points are used to give a service.

Who can book an appointment?

Only Premium Customers can book an appointment to the vendor.

Who can buy products/services from the business?

Buying products/services are limited to members only who have enough number of points.

Who can give comment on business' posts and blog posts?

Only members of this business whether customer or Pros can give comments to business’ posts and blog posts.

Who can give ratings to the business?

Only members whether customer or pros can give ratings to businesses.

Who can share offers and posts to social medias?

Anyone who visits the website can share business offers or posts to their social media accounts.

Who can send messages to the business?

only members can send message to the business using the message tab but visitors can use the email address shown in the business page at the left bottom part to send an email.

Can I use my points to feature my business?

No, you can’t. You can feature your business/product by following the feature your business payment plan.

How long will my business/product be featured if I avail the "feature your business/product"?

3 months for CaD 40, 6 months for CaD 70 and 1 year for CaD 100

How many products can I feature at a time?

As many products you want to feature, you can do so.

How to add a business?

If you logged in as a Premium Pros or Dispatching Pros, just go to “My account” page and under my business tab, click add business.

How to buy points?

If you are a member, go to my account page andclick “buy points” but if you are a visitor, you need to register first.

In my account page, click appointments tab, click pending appointments tab and click approve for any appointments you want to approve.

In the Shop tab of my acount page, click downloads.

How to view, edit or delete vendor's business?

In my account page under my business tab, click the manage button at the right portion of the published business.
